The neurologist has informed us that there has been no improvement and the prognosis for dad to have the quality of life that he would have wanted is non-existent. He is in multi-organ failure – this means his kidneys are not functioning, his liver is severely damaged, he has significant heart impairment and his brain has suffered severe damage. With the help of all of his physicians, we have discussed options and have decided to withdraw life support at this time per his Living Will and the wishes he has expressed over the years. At this point, we have no idea how long the dying process may take. We want you to know that we are so grateful for all of the prayers and support that have been sent our way these past few days and that we have read all the comments to dad. We know that dad is loved by many and at this difficult time we are going to be a bit selfish and ask that you allow us to spend these last moments with him as a family. We hope that you all understand, and again thank you so much for all your thoughts, prayers, and concern. We are so grateful.

May you feel His presence with you in these moments. You are all in my prayers. Glen, we will miss you.
There’s only one Glen.
My prayers are with all of you.
Just wanted all of you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers down here in Colorado. Just like my dad said, you always treated us just like we were your girls. I always loved coming to play at NC because I knew Glen would be there and I’d get a big hug. Nothing like a Glen hug!! Every time I bake brownies, I think of Glen…..best brownie recipe around! You’ll be missed!!! Rest in Peace.

Our prayers are with your family during this time. Glen had an impact on so many people in this community. As a teacher, coach and friend, his presence has been felt by many people in Casper and around the state of Wyoming. He has gven so much of himself and has made those who have had the benefit of being around him better people.
We love you. It is good we are in Wyoming close to family.

We love the Legler family SO much and I really hope you will utilize us if you need anything. The last time I saw Glen he said I could come over and visit any time I wanted and I’m sorry I didn’t take him up on that offer. Mustering the most positive thoughts I can and so so much love. Thank you Glen for always making us feel welcome and giving us one of the best families ever.

I will always remember Glen walking the fields and courts of NCHS. His dedication to the school and the student athletes was impressive. We will all miss him very much.
Glen- The memories, tales and adventures I was fortunate to share with you will never be forgotten. Thank you for being such a outstanding role model, friend, and mentor to my family and I. We will miss your unique expressions and Glenisms during the hair cuts, ice fishing, hunting, camping and golfing.
What I would do to hear you say “Up the side of your head” right now. That always made us laugh.
Jason, Brad, Scott, Stacy and Patty, My heart and mind have constantly been with you through this, I apologize that I couldn’t have been with you more. But I am so happy that I have been able to create and share so many wonderful memories of your father with you.
Love you all!
